Yes. Workers can self-register or be added by their employer.
This prevents workers selecting incorrect companies and ensures only approved employers are available within the system.
Workers will still need to register through BMD's HammerTech environment.
An administrator or employer primary contact with access level to confidential data can update the worker’s details.
The induction process can be completed using a project device or computer. The site sign in Kisok can be used for the worker to sign in.
The worker has commenced registration but has not yet completed the site induction approval process.
Test Status relates to completion of required learning modules (Core Induction). Status relates to the approval status of the worker site induction.
The worker will receive notifications to complete any outstanding project-specific requirements. Core inductions status and tickets will all carry over with the workers profile.
No. Workers must be inducted and approved before they can sign onto SWMS. They can be allocated to SWMS prior to approval.
No. Only inducted workers can be added to permits.
