A Worker profile is used for inductions, site sign-in, SWMS sign-on, permits and plant activities. A User profile is used for administrative functions within HammerTech. Not all Workers require administrative access.

Chemical risk assessments can be uploaded and stored against the relevant SDS within HammerTech.
Yes. Nominated Representatives can perform the same functions as Project Administrators, however they must also be inducted workers on the project.
Projects can utilise kiosk devices or supervisor devices to facilitate worker sign-in where connectivity is limited.
No, workers may be associated with one employer in HammerTech. We can update a workers employer, but that will update the workers profile across all sites.
Subcontractors may be required to be across new and old platforms during transitions. BMD must ensure we are meeting our legislative requirements during the transitional stage. Any specific concerns or requests must be raised with your regional leads in the first instance. The Existing old systems being replace with HammerTech will be decommissioned in December 2026.
No. BMD Users will be migrated and sync into HammerTech form the myJob project team details. Ensure the project team is updated.
